1. How do I purchase equipment ?
To complete your order simply browse through our website and select the product you require and you will be taken straight to the checkout, from there you have the option to continue shopping or enter your relevant delivery address and billing details.

2. Are there other ways I can order equipment?
Yes, our support team are available to take your order over the phone or via email. If you see equipment that you wish to modify, our sales team are more than happy to discuss your requirements. Please email us on enquiries@ideonline.co.uk or contact us on 01543 574111.

3. Do you offer discount on products?
We offer a 5% discount to first time customers on all products and to our existing customers we offer monthly discounts when they sign up to our newsletter.

4. Do you deliver outside the UK?
We offer a worldwide delivery service, if you are purchasing from outside the UK we suggest that you email or call us for a quote. We offer a free delivery service across mainland UK.

5. When can I expect my equipment to arrive?
Most products are stocked on the shelves and can arrive within a few days; however, please do allow extra time for larger orders to be manufactured. All equipment is manufactured in house so if you have any questions on lead times, call us on 01543 574111.

6. When do you dispatch equipment?
All equipment is dispatched with our trusted delivery partners via each working day (Monday-Friday), excluding bank holidays. Where we have the equipment in stock, we aim to dispatch your order on the day it is received. When your order is placed you will be issued with your own unique tracking code which allows you to track the status of your order.

7. Which forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit and Maestro cards as well as PayPal. You can submit card details over the phone or in the payment section when you order online. There is also an option to pay via PayPal.

Please be aware that we do not accept Solo, Electron or American Express cards.
